1. Change your fabrics
The UCustomize tool will tell you what the standard fabric is for the piece that you have chosen to design. But for a small fee, you can change your fabric to almost any of our 5 custom stock fabrics! Upgrade to our FLOtech II MIDweight fabric in the falls months to make your gear more temperature suitable. Or upgrade to our FLOstretch to allow for even more mobility in your piece. 2. Choose contrasting topstitch

The standard stitching on your item will match "panel A" (the main body of your garment). However, you can add small hints of colour to your garments by choosing to add contrasting topstitch. A solid garment with contrasting toptitching makes for a great looking piece! |
3. Add multicolored taping
You can add some muliticolored taping at various locations on your garment. This is just another great way to add a splash of colour or individuality to your order. The UCustomize tool will tell you where the taping can be placed on the garment you've chosen. We have 2 sizes of taping in 11 different color options:
4. Make our logos REFLECTIVE
| Almost all of our garments come with GAIA logos printed in various locations. Planning to use your garments in the evening or at night? Change the GAIA logos to be reflective to add some flash to your uniforms. |  |
5. Add pocket zippers
All of our warm-up and shell jackets and pants come standard with pockets. You can add zippers to your pockets to secure items such as keys or money.
6. Add REFLECTIVE piping
If you're planning to wear your warm-up or shell jacket/pants in the evening or at night, you can have reflective piping inserted into the seams of strategic locations on your item. This looks great during the daytime, but also helps to increase your visibility in the darker hours...safety first! Contact us at sales@gaiacustom.com for specific piping locations on your piece.
7. Add pit zippers
Increase the ventilation on your shell jacket by adding zippers to the underarm of your style. Open them when you need some air in there, keep them closed when you don't!
8. Add side zippers
You can add full zip zippers to the legs of your warm-up or shell pants. This helps to increase the ventilation to your legs while you're warming up.
With all the options we offer, you can build up to 260 million different combinations! Experiment with all of them to design your own special uniforms.
