1. Can I get help customizing my order?
Absolutely! Just email sales@gaiacustom.com, and someone will be happy to set everything up for you. No extra charges will apply.
2. Why do I have to order 12 custom pieces?
In order to be an efficient producer of custom garments, we can’t produce less than twelve at time. So either you pay a little extra for each and get less, or you get the full 12, and someone gets an extra jersey.
Yes – as long as it is the same style of garment. It can be 10 women’s collegiate no sleeve shirts, and two men’s collegiate no sleeve shirts in any size combinations, just keep the colours, the collection style, and the garment type the same.

Can I order one custom shirt?Sure but it will cost 12 times the normal price. (see #2 & #3 people.) Actually what you can do is order from our stock gear and customize with logos.
5. How much for shipping?
6. How long until the stuff is in my hands?
Usually about 4 weeks from when the factory receives your order. Keep in mind the order isn’t submitted until we have all the important info (jersey design, sizes, print ready artwork, shipping and payment details).
7. How do I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped we will notify you by email and let you know when to expect it.
8. Can I change my order after it’s been submitted?
Nope. Once submitted, the order is quickly sent into our manufacturing process. We only have four weeks - we certainly don’t wait to get it going! But you can change the delivery address anytime before the order is shipped.
9. I can’t wait 4 weeks for gear – can I get something sooner?
Absolutely! We recommend you select items from our stock in the shopping cart. All the colour panels will be one colour, and you can customize it for your team with screen printing or embroidery. It’s the same great gear, but available faster.

11. So what will the colours really look like?
Since there can be slight colour variations between your monitor and our actual fabric, if you can’t make it to our Vancouver store, we’re happy to send you some fabric samples for you to confirm your colours.

What other things can I do to customize besides the colour panels and the fabrics?Okay brace yourself here, there’s a lot more options! You can choose the color of the top stitch on your garments, add on any screen printed or embroidered logos, add names and numbers, make the GAIA logos reflective, and on many of our jackets and pants you can add reflective piping. Many jackets and pants can have pocket zips added on, or you can have full side zips for your pants. Don’t forget about the great pit zip ventilation option for your jackets too! On most of our garments you can also add 1” or 1 3/8” braid in several locations in up to 11 different colour combinations. Our UCustomize program will lead you through all those choices. 16. What happens if everything arrives, and something is wrong?
Hopefully this never happens to you. If a problem does occur, we will do our utmost to guarantee a satisfactory resolution (within reason!) Contact us at customerservice@gaiacustom.com and we'll work with you to solve the problem.
17. What if my order arrives and some items are missing?
This doesn't usually happen. If it does, we will quickly rectify the situation - just contact us at customerservice@gaiacustom.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please carefully check your carton and let us know if there is any rips or tears - most times if items go missing, it happened during shipping and we'll want to let our shipping company know.
18. Why is the delivery man asking me to pay the duty/taxes/import fees?
You should never be charged duty or taxes when you receive your customer order. But, sometimes the courier company makes the mistake of asking for these fees from our customers. If this happens, please contact us at customerservice@gaiacustom.com and we will make sure you are refunded or the charges are reversed. You'll need to send us a copy of the courier's invoice, so make sure you keep it!
19. Why do you have two prices for everything?
We have retail prices and member prices. For a small fee, you can purchase a one year membership. Anytime you’re going to buy more than a couple of pieces, it’s definitely worth your while. You’ll get great discounts, and we’ll send you the occasional email updates. (We won’t sell or rent your address to anyone, it’s just for us.)
