Delivery:
Most orders will ship in 20 business days or less. In the event that your order does not ship on or before the Ship date, the following discount rates will be applied to the order:*
more than 5 business days late**: 15% discount
more than 10 business days late: 30% discount
more than 15 business days late: 40% discount
more than 16 business days late: 50% discount
more than 10 business days late: 30% discount
more than 15 business days late: 40% discount
more than 16 business days late: 50% discount

* the above guarantee may not apply to certain orders identified by the salesperson at the time of order due to complexity or size of order in which a new delivery date will be identified
**The 5 day "buffer period" addresses potential delays that our outside of GAIA's control such as system inconsistencies between GAIA, our overseas factory, and the courier company as well as pickup and cutoff deadlines.
Product Quality:
Over 95% of GAIA product ships virtually identical to customers expectations, however on some occassions a miscommunication or misperception could result in a quality issue. In the event that an issue arises GAIA, at its sole discretion, will provide either a discount, a credit towards a future order, a refund, or a remake*.

Custom Shipping Charges
For custom orders it will cost $2.25 per garment shipped factory direct to you.
